These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "Account Holder") and aq77 ("aq77," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at aq77.asia and its related sub-domains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the aq77 Platform — including browsing, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or claiming bonuses — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full. To be eligible to register and use the aq77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a legal resident of or lawfully present in the Philippines;
• You are not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aq77 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, game providers, or payment processors;
• You have not previously been excluded from aq77 or any affiliated platform through a self-exclusion agreement or regulatory exclusion order;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contractual agreements under Philippine law.

aq77 may request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time specified will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the aq77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested by the Platform. You undertake to keep your registration information current and promptly notify aq77 of any changes.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, aq77 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You may be required to submit the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or equivalent);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the past three months);
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering procedures;
• Additional documentation as may be requested by aq77's compliance team.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. aq77 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable time and notify you of the outcome via your registered contact details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your aq77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

The minimum deposit amount on the aq77 Platform is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Minimum withdrawal amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of the withdrawal request.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless circumstances require an alternative method as determined by aq77 at its sole discretion. All withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Satisfactory completion of KYC verification;
• No outstanding suspicious activity flags on the account;
• Compliance with applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, where applicable;

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions on the aq77 Platform unless the specific Promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• One Bonus Per Player: Only one account per person, household, IP address, or device is eligible for any given Promotion. Attempts to claim multiple Promotions through multiple accounts will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all related balances.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the Promotion terms before they may be converted to withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified.

All RNG-based games on the aq77 Platform — including slots, virtual table games, and bingo — use independently certified random number generation software. The certification of RNG integrity is a requirement under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by any party, including aq77.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game software failure during a game round, aq77 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant bet amount to the player's account. The decision of aq77's technical team regarding the validity of game rounds affected by technical issues is final and binding.

aq77 operates a standard disconnection policy whereby a bet that has been placed and accepted before a disconnection will stand. If a disconnection occurs after a game round has commenced, the round outcome will be determined by the game's standard rules, and the result will be credited or debited accordingly upon reconnection. aq77 is not liable for losses arising from disconnection events beyond its control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aq77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial purpose;
• Using software tools, bots, automation scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Collusion with other players in any live dealer, poker, or multiplayer game format;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate credits, gains, or advantages not attributable to normal gameplay;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, VPN services, or coordinated wagering patterns to systematically exploit Promotions;
• Engaging in charge-backs, disputed payments, or fraudulent deposit transactions through any payment method;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening aq77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

aq77 actively monitors gameplay, transaction patterns, and account behaviour for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, aq77 reserves the right to report the matter to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, or relevant financial institutions.

aq77 is committed to responsible gaming as a core operational principle, consistent with PAGCOR's requirements for all regulated online gaming platforms in the Philippines. aq77 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from the account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable by the player. Limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Account holder confirmed to be under 21 years of age;

• Confirmed player self-exclusion request;
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to player breach of these Terms, aq77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Upon closure for all other reasons, legitimate account balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable compliance checks.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting aq77 support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed following account closure.

All content on the aq77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "aq77," logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, database structures, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of aq77 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without prior written authorisation from aq77;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from any Platform software;
• Using aq77's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without express written authorisation;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content without authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aq77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses arising from:

• Use of or inability to access the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from gameplay outcomes, including outcomes of RNG-certified games;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors in game content or information that are promptly corrected upon identification.

aq77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim, excluding winnings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aq77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under Philippine law.

aq77 collects, processes, stores, and transfers personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by aq77's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the Platform, you consent to aq77 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, compliance with PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations, processing of financial transactions, and the provision of customer support. Your data will not be sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

aq77 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a complaint relates to a regulatory matter, players may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint mechanisms.

aq77's operations are conducted within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR's authority as the national gaming regulator of the Philippines extends to aq77's compliance obligations under these Terms.
